Title: Cultivar Selection for Fall Planting of Fruit Trees class
Location: Orchard, 2120 S. Highland Ave.
Description: 2 to 4 p.m.

This class, done in partnership with the Bloomington Parks & Recreation Department, covers which trees respond best to a fall planting and which ones don’t. Participants learn how to choose cultivars best adapted for area growing conditions and best suited for their needs.

Rain date: 8/11. Participants will be contacted if use of rain date is necessary.

Cost: $7/in-city, $8/non-city.

Instructors: A team of orchard educators, all certified in the organic management of orchards (COMO). These classes are co-sponsored by Bloomingfoods.
